PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE WAR STATE IN UKRAINE ALL WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES FROM OUR KYIV WAREHOUSE WILL TAKE BETWEEN 10 DAYS TO 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.

All International delivers are operated by DHL or UPS and local deliveries are operated by Nova Poshta. Local delivery can take from 2 to 5 business days. International deliveries can take from 10 to 21 days depending on Country of your location. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready. We do not perform shipment to Russia, Belarus, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and temporary occupied Ukraine territories.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For your gifts, we have extended our return period during the holiday season. All orders placed between November 25th and December 20th can be returned until January 16, 2023. Orders placed after December 20th follow the standard holiday policy of 14 days.
To accommodate any issues with fit, LESSLESS will accept clothing orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of your order’s receipt. Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Return should be proceeded to our warehouse in Ukraine.
To return your product or if you need an exchange, please send us an email at saymore@lesslessrobes.com and we will give you return instructions. We gladly share our shipping discount with our clients and provide you with a Shipping Label and all necessary documents to complete your return. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds/credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
The handling fee is $30 for all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7 working days after delivery for our warehouse.
We do not proceed with refunds to any discounted items (sales, special offers, promo code discounts etc.) as well as Made-To-Order items. These items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
To return an item for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow the steps below.
- Make sure you contact saymore@lesslessrobes.com with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. Please include the order number (which you will find in the email confirmation letter sent after placing your order).
- Our customer service will confirm your request per e-mail.
- If you request a shipping label, we will provide you with one. If you decide to proceed shipping by yourself you are responsible to cover shipping costs to the full extent**.
- Place the item/s in the original shipping bag or box and then package them securely.
- Place the return label where it is visible.
- Call your local delivery service to organize the pick-up or drop off

FINAL SALE
Any merchandise discounted at 15% or higher is final sale and no refundable. Exchange or store credit applicable. No price adjustments on past purchases.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange your clothing item for an alternate size, please e-mail saymore@lesslessrobes.com
MADE-TO-ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We do allow adjustments in tailoring + measurements on Made-To-Order garments. Please make a note in the "Notes" section and include your height and other measurements during the checkout.
TAXES + DUTIES
Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees. Your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation, and may be put on hold for taxes/duties by the local customs office. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.
LOST PARCEL
If you suspect your parcel is being upheld / lost, please contact us so that we can make a formal complaint to the respective delivery company. Please note that a parcel must be more than 14 working days late before we are able to file a formal complaint. If a parcel has been lost most delivery companies own the right to allow 3 months from the complaint date before a refund is being made.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed online can be canceled, within 24 hours of order date and time. All cancellation requests must be sent by email within the 24 hour period.
